Work to ensure that members progress toward desired outcomes with quality care that is member-focused and appropriate.\n\nJob Duties\nConsistently monitors email inboxes for Medicaid Critical Incident referrals\nSubmission and review of Medicaid Critical Incidents via the dedicated electronic documentation system\nWork with members and multidisciplinary team staff to assess, facilitate, plan, and coordinate an integrated delivery of care across the continuum\nMonitors and ensures that key activities within Incident Management Process are completed on time and accurately\nPresents data to departmental management, ODM, and other stakeholders as needed / appropriate\nFocuses on learning and systematic improvement\nOther tasks, duties, projects, and programs as assigned\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nRequired Education : \nBachelor's Degree with RN licensure\n\nRequired Experience : \nMinimum 3 years' experience in healthcare with 1 year experience in health plan quality improvement, managed care, or equivalent experience\n\nRequired Licensure or Certification : \nRN\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : \nDemonstrated solid business / clinical writing / documentation experience\nAbility to communicate orally and in writing\nStrong organizational skills\nAbility to adhere to strict time constraints\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Clinical Quality, Public Health, Healthcare, Waiver Services (Medicare / Medicaid). 5+ years of experience in Medicare and in Medicaid\n\nWORK SCHEDULE : MOUNTAIN daytime business hours\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS : \n\nWorking environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate.
