We're partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the Greater Fort Wayne area seeking a skilled Sr. Accountant to support leadership with both corporate financials and project-based / community operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end / year-end close

Analyze financial data and assist with budgeting and forecasting

Manage AP / AR as needed across multiple projects or departments

Collaborate with leadership on financial strategies and reporting

What You'll Bring :

1-2+ years of accounting experience (public or private sector)

Strong knowledge of Excel and financial / accounting software

Degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow with the organization
