Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the past 3 months.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
• BSN completion preferred

Additional Details :

Preferred Skills / Experience : Acute care facility experience

Required Credentials : Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS)

Unit / Facility Details : This department only includes education and non-productive hours of Float Pool nurses. Float Pool nurses working a unit should always clock in to the unit being worked.

Facilities are not accepting holiday RTO at this time - no holiday RTO requests will be allowed for submission. You can discuss with leadership once onsite for consideration.

Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.

No block scheduling requests.

Floating Requirements : Travelers may float at any time between units and mid-shift to meet the needs of the patients and Client Facilities.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 05 / 26 / 2025, 07 / 04 / 2025, 09 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 0. Start assignment restriction : 7 days
