Property Coordinator

LHH is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Property Coordinator to support the property and construction management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio, with a strong emphasis on industrial and commercial assets. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, vendor compliance, and tenant satisfaction across industrial sites and facilities.

Job Opportunity : Property Coordinator Hybrid | Houston, TX 77002 Department : Property Management Reports To : Senior Property Manager Schedule : MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM Salary Range : $70,000$80,000 / year Location : Hybrid Houston, TX 77002

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for industrial tenants and vendors, handling inquiries and payment processing
  • Perform accounts payable and receivable duties, including coordination with Yardi
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants in warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing spaces
  • Generate and track service contracts for industrial property and construction management
  • Maintain Brivo access control system for secure facility entry
  • Monitor insurance compliance for industrial vendors and tenants
  • Track utility usage across industrial properties to support sustainability and cost-efficiency
  • Distribute daily mail and support general office operations
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects related to industrial property operations and construction support

Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial-focused environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Solid understanding of commercial and industrial real estate operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Yardi software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with access control systems and vendor compliance tracking
  • Education & Experience :

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in industrial or commercial real estate
  • GED or High School Diploma required
