ProLogistix is currently hiring Turret Operators to take on day shift and afternoon shift job opportunities in Hanahan. These are career opportunities that are part of a Global Supply Chain company supporting inventory management, fulfillment and delivery services. The best part of this job is the work is steady40 hours almost every week!

This is a high skill level position that requires the utmost in safe forklift operation. You will be operating a turret truck to load and unload cases and pallets in a warehouse. Safety is critical!

Pay : $20.00 to start (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

Day Shift : 4 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm, 9 : 00 am 6 : 00 pm Weekends off

Afternoon Shift : 2 : 00pm 11 : 00 pm Weekends off

Job Duties as a Turret Operator for ProLogistix :

  • Responsible for loading and unloading product while safely operating power industrial trucks.
  • Safely and efficiently moving product into rack storage, based on pick sheets.
  • Work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail is important, verifying freight for accuracy.
  • Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
  • May load or unload by hand, as well as label, sort, pack, and wrap packages or pallets.
  • Experience on Turret and prior certification is required (you must pass a forklift test)

    • Job Requirements for Turret Operator :

    Knowledge & Skills :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older
  • Must have at least 3 months forklift experience within the past year
  • Ability to pass Powered Equipment Certification tests for Turret Operation
  • Must be willing to stay until the work is complete

    • Attributes :

  • A safety and compliance mindset
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Stand / walk for 8-10 hours a day
  • Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the day
  • Must not be fearful of heights
