Follows established policies and procedures. Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors. Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management, and physicians. Applies Cooper core values. Other duties as required.\n\nThe Registered RN is a professional care-giver who is a member of a multidisciplinary health care team and assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of pediatric primary care patients. This opportunity focuses on the provision of direct and indirect patient care needs for children and adolescents in Burlington County and surrounding areas.\nSupports, educates and assists patients and their families, serves as a patient advocate.\n\nDemonstrates effective teamwork as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, fostering and exemplifying a culture of respect.\n\nResponsible for the coordination of care, assists in securing prescriptions and supplies for proper care. Participates in telephone triage\n\nConsistently follows evidence-based practice and nursing standards / procedures to provide nursing care that eliminates preventable events of patient harm and promotes excellent patient outcomes.\n\nExperience in Pediatrics or Primary Care strongly preferred.\n\nExperience in Telephone Triage strongly preferred.R Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required.\n\nExperience Required\n\n2 years general pediatric experience, or 2 years ambulatory care setting, or 1 year case management in pediatrics.\n\nEducation Requirements\n\nGraduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.\n\nLicense / Certification Requirements\n

• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).\n
• BLS.\n
