We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Materials Coordinator to manage inventory, coordinate material flow, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in materials management to support our production and operational goals.

What You'll Do :
- Maintains inventory, shipping, purchasing, and receiving operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing GMP policies and procedures.
- Maintains material inventory for all raw materials used in R&D lab activities as well as manufacturing in a GMP environment.
- Ensures that manufacturing-allocated items are pulled and issued to specific projects and assists with staging and un-staging materials for GMP processes.
- Ensures that all materials are pulled and issued to specific projects for R&D, Process
- Development, and Quality Control usage.
- Monitors, reviews, and reports on physical inventory levels and capacity requirements.
- Collaborates with Quality Control to ensure completion of inspection and testing for incoming materials and reports any Quality Assurance concerns as applicable.
- Provides material verification to internal specifications and release requirements.
- Checks materials received against purchase orders and material specifications.
- Reports damaged or defective items.
- Maintains accurate records of received materials.
- Enters and maintains chemical and solvent inventory data in ChemInventory.net with detailed accuracy.
- Interacts with technical operations teams to reconcile inventory variances.
- Follows established procedures for receiving, inspection, raw materials specifications, inventory management, material transfer, and shipping.
- Oversees all shipping and receiving duties.
- Assists the Material Control Manager with maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse by implementing new layout designs and inspecting equipment.
- Follows best practices related to systems and processes that support material control.
- Maintains inventory usage and requirements via ERP systems.
- Operates to the highest ethical and moral standards.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Communicates effectively with clients, supervisors, colleagues, and staff.
- Participates as a team player across all business functions.
- Adheres to quality standards set by regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- May participate in the Spill Team and Safety Committee.
What We're Looking For :
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.Minimum two (2) years of experience in materials control coordination.One (1) year of experience in a Quality Assurance environment preferred.Ability to read and understand test plans, Standard Operating Procedures, and documentation.Strong communication skills across manufacturing and testing teams.Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing and biologics environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ready to streamline our operations? 🚀 Apply now and let's build success together!
