Summary

The Lead Business Architect is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for software development projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, end-users, project managers, and developers to ensure that software applications are designed to meet business needs. The BA will help translate business objectives into technical solutions and support the software development lifecycle from inception to implementation.

Your role in our mission

• Requirements & Process Analysis : Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; evaluate and optimize business processes to align with software capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on business needs, design, and development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation & Communication : Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and training materials to support development and user adoption.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Support UAT, identify and resolve defects, and assist end-users during testing and go-live phases to ensure solution quality.
• Project & Change Management Support : Assist with project planning, tracking, and change management by analyzing impacts, managing risks, and communicating updates effectively.

The pay range for this position is $92,900.00 - $132,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
