This team-oriented position makes business to business calls to inquire about past due balances, identifies problems and provides creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer customer calls and written responses to inquiries concerning account balances
• Corresponds with customers and sales representatives and consults with various internal departments to provide solutions
• Place outbound calls to our business partners regarding past due balances
• Reconcile business accounts and problem solve
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
