Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain professional relationships with a portfolio of clients
Identify and grow product usage based on client needs and business initiatives
Conduct strategic account reviews and address client concerns in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in a consultative sales-oriented position focusing on relationship management
Experience with Salesforce CRM and SaaS renewals preferred
Two or four-year degree from an accredited institution in a related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn additional software quickly
