Role Overview :

The IT Administrator role is designed to provide technical assistance to internal users and to support the administration of core IT systems. The individual in this position will respond to day-to-day support requests, assist with configuration and deployment of hardware / software, and support enterprise IT systems and cybersecurity initiatives in collaboration with IT team members.

The IT Administrator will provide ongoing analysis of the performance and function of the hardware and software tools they interact with and work with their supervisor to recommend improvements and implement any new initiatives or tools. They will also provide escalated end-user support for IT hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a frontline resource for hardware and software support across the organization.

Support IT Administrators in configuring, deploying, and maintaining IT hardware and software systems.

User account setup and access permissions.

Help implement and support basic cybersecurity practices including :

Multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Work with IT and Security team members to improve processes and provide input on improvements to systems and user experience.
