The Industrial Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support and leading cost reduction projects to improve manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for shop floor in Houston, TX.
• Assist with quoting on made-to-order and engineered-to-order forged steel fittings.
• Work on specific cost reduction projects as assigned.
• Develop standardized work procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Provide support to determine the best manufacturing methods.
• Assist with the purchasing of and coordinating the installation of CAPEX equipment.
• Assist scheduling department with recommendations to improve throughput and reduce inventory.
