Responsibilities

The Learning Systems Institute at Florida State University seeks a highly motivated and effective Project Manager to work with a fast-paced team to conduct innovative and important research in STEM education.

Responsibilities :

• All the many aspects of project management for a large, grant-funded project;
• Assist the principal investigator with conforming to all responsible, ethical, and legal requirements related to the conduct of research with human subjects;
• Monitor project personnel, deliverables, and procedures, including the data management plan;
• Create and monitor project workflow;
• Develop bi-annual reports for the funding agency;
• Assist principal investigator in planning and implementation of the workflow for data management (planning, collection, cleaning, and related documentation) and analysis;
• Communication with research partners and participants;
• Contribute to publications in refereed and other outlets;
• Meet with senior project personnel weekly and additionally as-needed;
• Occasional travel for project meetings, presentations, and related events;
• Other duties as assigned and required to deliver successful project.

Anticipated Salary Range

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $85,000, commensurate with experience and education.
