A company is looking for an Agency Inquiry Consultant I - (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Proactively develop and distribute clarifying materials that address recurring inquiries
Track inquiries via the Finance Log tool and assist in creating inquiry metric reporting
Support business partners and agency owners with timely and accurate responses to inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Early career professional experience in administrative or support services
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in data tracking and reporting
Familiarity with agency programs and related inquiries
Experience in customer service roles
