Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will :

\n \n

  • Plan and implement large $25M+ projects

\n

  • Direct and lead the work of technical staff

    • \n

  • Evaluate new strategies and procedures and help implement strong SOPs

    • \n

  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met

    • \n

  • Maintain required project documentation

    • \n

  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

    • \n \n

    The Successful Senior Project Manager

    \n \n

  • 8+ years of experience in Construction

    • \n

  • Ground-up experience

    • \n

  • Multifamily, Assisted living, or mixed-use experience

    • \n

  • Working knowledge of construction technology and details

    • \n

  • Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings

    • \n

  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients

    • \n \n
