Manage and coordinate attorney travel, meetings, and trial logistics. Oversee and guide administrative staff to ensure compliance with deadlines and firm procedures. Retain and coordinate expert witnesses and trial support vendors. Ensure familiarity and compliance with California Code of Civil Procedure filing deadlines and Federal Court rules. 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in personal injury litigation. Strong knowledge of litigation processes, trial preparation, and California filing deadlines. Excellent grammar, transcriptions, and legal writing skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
