Responsibilities :

Assists with management of the nursing department

Assist in planning, developing, implementing and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans

Review and ensure proper charting and documentation of nursing procedures

QUALIFICATIONS :

Current RN state license

Current CPR Certification

3 years of experience in long term care experience

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Positive Can-Do Attitude

Excellent Attendance
