Landscape Crew Leader

Requirements :

• Must be able to manage time will
• Have the ability to lead a crew and dictate daily tasks
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Great attitude
• Good work ethic
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Be mechanically inclined
• Pay attention to detail
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Work well with others

Professional lawn care experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who possesses an excellent work ethic.

A valid driver's license is a plus and a sign-on bonus is given after 90 days of employment for licensed drivers

Must be willing to learn, work at a rapid pace in all weather conditions and follow proper company procedures and guidelines.
