Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the management of our clients' careers, including contract negotiations, endorsements, and other business opportunities.
• Lead a team of managers and agents, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including teams, sponsors, and media outlets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for our clients.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to client management.
• Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and progress in their careers.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and actively participate in networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our network.
