Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced nursing leader to serve as the Director of the Women and Family Center in Ottumwa, Iowa. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and lead a dedicated team of professionals serving women, children, and families. Required Qualifications :

Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa or compact state nursing license with the ability to practice in Iowa.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.

Iowa Mandatory Reporter Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates upon hire.

Work Schedule : Full-time
