Director Of Sourcing And Contract Management
Humana is seeking a high-impact, forward-thinking Director of Sourcing and Contract Management to lead the execution engine of our Procurement organization. This role is foundational to delivering on our high-performance Procurement Operating Model and is critical in translating strategy into execution - where value is realized, risks are managed, and partnerships are formalized. As we transform how Procurement delivers for the business, this leader will ensure we have a fit-for-purpose sourcing and contracting capability that is fast, consistent, scalable, and rooted in commercial excellence. By integrating internal and external resources within a cohesive delivery construct, this role will ensure our sourcing and contracting activities are both operationally efficient and strategically aligned with enterprise goals.
This Director of Sourcing and Contract Management will not only steward transactional throughput but also act as a force multiplier - accelerating business outcomes, improving cycle times, deepening supplier partnerships, and creating reinvestment capacity through better commercial outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, this position offers a unique platform to shape the trajectory of Procurement at the enterprise level. This leader will be an integral member the Supplier Management Leadership Team (SMLT).

The available locations for this role are Louisville, Ky, Philly / PA, NY, DC metro, Atlanta Metro / GA, Dallas / Austin, TX or Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Fl.
The workstyle for this role will be Hybrid office as follows; Louisville, KY, Reston, VA, or NYC Office 3 days a week when not traveling. If elsewhere, travel would only apply for leadership meetings, supplier site visits, etc.
Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $150,000 - $206,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
