✅ Who We’re Looking For

MD or DO , board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Board Certification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) preferred – or a strong willingness to enroll in an accredited fellowship upon employment

Background or interest in integrative medicine strongly preferred

A growth mindset —openness to learning new models and approaches is key

Confident, collaborative leadership style —ready to manage auxiliary staff and work across disciplines

Role Details

Location : In-person, Iowa City, Iowa

Schedule : 8-hour shifts | Full-time

Compensation : Competitive salary + potential for equity for the right candidate, Productivity Bonus, Employer contributed benefits, 401k, plus PTO and CME allowance commensurate with the role.
