Desktop Support Technician

We're hiring 14 Desktop Support Technicians to assist with a large-scale workstation refresh project across several healthcare facilities. This initiative involves replacing approximately 5,000 desktops and laptops to align with updated system requirements. Technicians will be responsible for hardware setup, software installation, and deploying single sign-on badge systems.

• 2 positions - Aberdeen, SD
• 2 positions - Mitchell, SD
• 2 positions - Yankton, SD
• 1 position - Marshall, MN
• 5-7 positions - Sioux Falls, SD
• Key Responsibilities :
• Install and configure desktop and laptop hardware
• Support software deployment and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service
• May involve lifting and moving equipment
• Ensure compliance with medical, drug, and background requirements
• Qualifications :
• Entry-level experience in desktop support
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work onsite during standard business hours (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM CST)
• Part-time availability may be considered

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
