Drayage Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for container pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with port terminals, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely movement of freight
- Monitor driver locations and update delivery statuses in dispatch systems
- Resolve issues related to delays, equipment, or documentation
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and container tracking
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to meet service expectations

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06 / hr.
