My client, a multi-state law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation defense experience. • Successfully manage a docket of professional liability and general insurance coverage and insurance defense matters
• Take and defend depositions, draft filings, motions, and attend court appearances
• Effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with attorneys and staff
• Consistently work to acheive favorable outcomes for clients
