Financial Controller

Triplex Industries Inc is hiring a Financial Controller in Rochester, NY. Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, budgeting, and general ledger operations; Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, sales tax reporting, and the general ledger; Record and review general journal entries in QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements; Monitor actual company performance against budgeted figures, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management; Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to manage tax planning and ensure timely submissions of tax returns; Monitor and uphold internal financial control frameworks. Proficiency at Quickbooks. Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or related field and 24 months of relevant experience. Salary $105,000 a year.
