Position Summary
We are seeking Independent Sales Representatives (1099 contractor role) to partner with small business owners and introduce them to cost-saving payment processing solutions. This role is 100% commission-based with significant earning potential from both upfront bonuses and long-term residuals on accounts. Successful representatives are self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by uncapped income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and meet with small business owners to discuss payment processing needs.
Present transparent pricing options and tailored program benefits.
Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain strong relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up.
Actively manage your sales pipeline and work independently to achieve results.
Compensation Structure
Commission-based only (no base salary).
Earn 50% revenue share from every merchant account you sign.
Monthly residual commissions provide long-term passive income.

Qualifications
Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
