We are looking for a top-notch Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to join the team and help our clients get the justice they deserve. We have offices in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico, and serve clients throughout the nation.

Responsibilities :
Open new cases in the system and set up case for initial stagesEnsure medical records and investigation items are orderedAssist clients with medical schedulingCalendar deadlines and important datesDraft correspondenceAssist with preparation of demandsAssist with event schedulingAssist with pre-litigation event preparationOrganize and maintain legal filesAssist with office administrationAssist with potential client intakeClient communication and interaction to help answer questions and convey information about the caseQualifications :
Must be highly organized and proficient with technologyStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable handling sensitive subject matter and contentExcellent client service skillsAbility and willingness to follow detailed processes and systemsBilingual in Spanish is a huge plus but not requiredBachelor's degree, associate's degree, or paralegal certificate preferredCompensation, Benefits & Perks :
