Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately receive, enter, and process prescriptions in accordance with Blink Health protocols.
• Review and verify medical documentation provided by healthcare providers to ensure proper prescription processing.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Blink Health's products and services to provide timely and accurate pharmacy support.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and the Blink Health Customer Experience team to resolve open orders and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
• Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner, adhering to corporate policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with management and pharmacy teams to optimize workflow and meet organizational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the Pharmacy Technician role.
