Pay Rate :

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for but not limited to :

The position requires effective oral and written communication skills Maintains current license / certificate and / or specialized skills in at least one (or more) of the following building trades :

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must live within 20 miles (30 minutes) from the property Full Time Schedule :

Working on ladders at varying heights Possible contact with blood borne pathogens and / or bodily fluids About CRM Residential :
