• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.\n
• Provide direct nursing care and support, including medication administration and monitoring.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for individuals.\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active nursing license in North Dakota.\n
• Strong assessment skills and organizational abilities.\n
• Experience in intellectual disabilities, mental health, or behavioral health (preferred).\n
