As the Style Advisor, you will execute the appropriate selling behaviors consistently and professionally. You will consistently meet and exceed sales plans. You will establish and develop a clientele base. You will maintain and gain the knowledge and expertise on the brands we offer. You will collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events and clienteling. You will have ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $16.50-21.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards.
