Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in minimally invasive cardiac surgery including valve and / or coronary surgery. Significant experience to provide operative, preoperative, and critical care diagnosis, treatment, and procedures for patients requiring coronary artery bypass grafting, cardiac valve repair and replacement, ECMO, and aortic procedures including complex aneurysms and dissections. Preferred TAVR trained or have keen interest in minimally invasive structural heart disease procedures. Preferred ABMS / AOA Board Certified Dedicated Cardiac ICU with intensivists coverage Respected practice with ample support from hospital leadership Aim to have a combined shock program, with anticipation of ECMO in the future. Practice encatchment area is 300,000-400,000 people.
