Applications Engineer

The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry that has an opening for Applications Engineer in Maplewood, MN !

Position Summary :

The Applications Engineer will support the development and implementation of innovative products, processes, and technologies. This role involves evaluating new sheeting solutions, optimizing processes, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with customers to ensure successful product integration. The position requires frequent travel (up to 50%) for on-site customer support and field trials.

Additional Details :

Contract Length : 12 months with the possibility of extension

Pay range : $35 to $50 / hour on W2 as per experience

Requirements :

• Evaluate and qualify new sheeting technologies with existing customer applications.
• Support product development initiatives and process improvements.
• Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) to conduct field trials, troubleshoot, and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing to address customer needs.
• Develop technical literature, prepare reports, and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Train customers and internal staff on the implementation of new technologies.

Qualifications :

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
