A company is looking for a Grievance Coordinator for a temporary 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and identifies grievances from various sources and reviews documentation for accuracy
Monitors and tracks grievances to ensure resolution within mandated timeframes and sends out member communications
Acts as the contact person during state audits related to grievances and compiles routine reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Service Representative or similar position
Medi-Cal experience and 1+ year as a Grievance Coordinator
Associates Degree or at least 2 years of post-high school education
Advanced skills in Word and Excel, with experience in Outlook, MS Teams, and PDF documents
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records / Charting
