About the Role

Are you excited about building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact in a fast-paced business environment? Our Partner Management team helps strengthen connections with our partners and ensures they have the necessary tools to grow with us.

As a summer intern, you'll get hands-on experience in customer success and business operations, working on real projects that streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and shape the partner experience. This is a great opportunity to learn, contribute, and see how partnerships drive company growth.

What You'll Do

  • Work with our CRM and partner systems to organize, clean, and analyze partner data
  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that highlight partner performance and insights
  • Help improve processes and documentation that make our team more efficient
  • Support partner communications, such as newsletters, training, and program updates
  • Contribute to special projects such as partner segmentation, forecasting, or researching competitor programs

What You'll Need

  • A strong eye for detail and solid organizational skills
  • Comfort working in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides; CRM knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and interest in customer success, partnerships, or business operations
  • Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
  • Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
  • Must reside in the NY-metro area; relocation support will not be provided
  • Must be available from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026
  • This is a full-time, in-person internship involving 40 hours per week. Deadline to apply is Friday, October 31, 2025. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

    Compensation

    Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience. Please note : this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager / Team.
