Training And Development Manager
The Training & Development Manager leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide training initiatives to ensure employees at all levels are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to perform effectively. This role partners with leadership and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, develop training programs, manage training systems, secure external funding opportunities, and drive a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining full compliance with applicable regulations.

Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Requires occasional physical activity throughout shift (except breaks and lunch) such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, handling, near / far vision, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.3-5+ years of progressive experience in training, learning & development, or organizational development roles.Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating adult learning programs.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, training evaluation methods, and learning management systems.Experience researching and managing grants or external funding for training programs.Excellent communication, presentation, and project-management skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.Manufacturing experience is a plus.
