Work alongside a collegial mix of general, interventional, and electrophysiology specialists, supported by 9 nurse practitioners and dedicated hospitalists. Position Highlights :

• Diverse team : 4 general, 3 interventional, and 2 electrophysiologists
• 1–2 days / week of outreach within 30 minutes of the hospital
• Manageable volume : ~22 patients / day with balanced clinic / inpatient focus
• 1 : 6 call with generous APP and hospitalist support; additional call pay optional
• Imaging resources : Echo, TEE, Nuclear / PET, CT—state-of-the-art technology
• Cleveland Clinic Connected site with shared protocols and CME
• $600K base salary + $100K sign-on bonus
• Value-based compensation model—no RVU targets
• 39 days PTO, $4K CME, and full benefits
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR
