Build, wire, and configure racks to a high standard of quality and organization. Configure and deploy networking solutions, including managed switches and Wi-Fi systems. Serve as the lead technician on job sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently, correctly, and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with creativity and adaptability. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure. Continuously seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skillsets. Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Strong foundational knowledge of network infrastructure, including managed switches, Wi-Fi deployment, and network troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Savant, Control4, and lighting control systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to wire and build equipment racks to a professional standard. Initiative-driven with a passion for learning and problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations. Adaptable, inquisitive, and eager to take on new challenges. Ability to work independently with minimal direction while effectively collaborating with the team. Years of experience are flexible — aptitude and willingness to learn are paramount.
