As Director of Operations, you'll serve as the critical link between vision and execution—bringing consistency, accountability, and clarity to all aspects of field and project operations.
Key responsibilities include :
Leading, developing, and mentoring PMs, Supers, and EstimatorsDriving project performance—on-time delivery, budget control, and client satisfactionEnforcing operational standards, project controls, and scheduling disciplineManaging and refining tools and systems (Procore, SOPs, scheduling workflows)Recruiting and onboarding operational talent as the team scalesPartnering closely with Preconstruction and Business Development leadershipOverseeing risk management, subcontractor relationships, and QA / QC protocolsLeading internal project reviews and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvementReporting directly to the CEO and contributing to strategic growth decisionsWhat You Bring to the Team
10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 in a senior operations leadership role (GC experience required)Proven success in scaling teams, systems, and revenue in a growing construction firmDeep knowledge of construction operations, project lifecycle, and trade coordinationProficiency with Procore and construction scheduling / financial softwareA process-oriented mindset with a strong bias for execution and accountabilityExcellent leadership, communication, and team development skillsAlignment with the company's core values : OwnershipIntegrityDisciplineGrowthExcellenceWhat Success Looks Like
