Build and maintain customer relationships for assigned accounts, engaging regularly with clients
Secure account renewals and sales through effective customer engagement and solution offering
Coordinate onboarding and measure account health against established client-specific goals
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in a related role
Experience with sales prospecting and account management
Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with a focus on solution finding
Ability to adapt positively to a dynamic work environment
