We are hiring providers for these locations :
- Full-time positions in Tucker.
- Full-time position splitting days between Grayson and Sugarhill.
- Full-time position in Douglasville.
- Full-time position in Woodstock.
- Full-Time position in Riverdale. Work Schedule :
- M - F
- Hours : 8 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Pay Range : $120,000 - $125,000 - Benefits : 401k, PTO, and 7 Holidays (No Health Insurance).
