Exciting opportunity for a driven Expeditor eager to learn and grow with a company.   CENTO was started from Chef Avner's desire to share his experiences with the people around him through cooking.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Ensuring that food orders are prepared according to customer specifications.
  • Inspecting dishes for presentation and quality.
  • Communicating with both the kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate timing.
  • Managing the flow of orders during busy periods.
  • Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our restaurant's high standards
  • Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
  • Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules.
  • Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
  • Assists with daily prep

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
