Production Hot Dog Stuffer, operates stuffing machine and equipment by setting casing size and product specifications. Ensures work is completed in a safe manner and within the quality parameters established.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assembles, disassembles and sets up machine
• Checks Equipment for missing or loose parts
• Hangs hotdogs in cellulose casing on a metal rod to be placed in oven. Rod weights 20-50lbs
• Performs various checks and documentation of data

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES AND TASKS :

Working at fixed workstation locations which are conveyor line paced.

Pushing or pulling of heavy roller carts, bins, or transport containers.
