Oncology RN Case Manager

A company is looking for an Oncology RN Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to assess patient's current health status

Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans and coordinating care for members

Providing patient education and documenting findings related to disease management

Required Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license

Ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses

3+ years of recent Oncology experience in a hospital or acute care setting

Recent chemotherapy administration experience

Computer proficiency and access to high-speed internet from home
