Overview
The HR Solution Architect is responsible for supporting PepsiCo's People Experience & Operations (PE&Ops, also known as HR) business function by ensuring our portfolio of technology solutions is rational and efficient, aligns with PepsiCo's enterprise technology standards, and aligns with the PE&Ops strategy and transformation programs.
The HR Solution Architect will be responsible for conducting Technology Evaluations, creating and communicating Conceptual Architecture, Logical Architecture, and Physical Architectures for new initiatives, and for rationalizing the portfolio of solutions within the HR space.
This role will report to the Enterprise Domain Architect for Global Functions and work with our Strategy & Transformation (S&T) teams and our business stakeholders to bring new solutions to life. The HR Solution Architect will work in close partnership with S&T product owners, Enterprise Architecture peers, SI architects and 3rd party software engineers to implement solutions as part of new and ongoing PE&Ops transformation initiatives. The role will also work towards reducing IT costs and complexity and ensuring long term viability of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with stakeholders to design and govern highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions for PE&Ops.
- Create application and technical design documents and conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams that leverage PepsiCo best practices and standards
- Evangelize and educate internal stakeholders on Enterprise Architecture standards and governance processes and on the capabilities of our standard platforms and solutions
- Ensure re-use and lift & shift of capabilities across deployments and future implementations
- Support onboarding, training, and solution governance with DEVSECOPS team
- Adopt and adhere to Waterfall and then Agile principles and values
- Address ambiguous problems head-on by proactively gathering information and driving alignment across functions
- Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution.
Compensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
