Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Develops and executes recruiting strategies to target qualified candidates and support diversity initiatives.
• Develops and executes recruiting strategies to build relationships with community groups, leaders, colleges, and university.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions through internal and external customer follow-up.
• Monitors and develop new recruiting efforts through evaluating reports and results of departments' goals.
• Supports and assist other Human Resource functional areas as needed.
