• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n\n
• Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 12 months.\n\n
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.\n\n
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.\n\n
• 24 months of acute care experience.\n\nRequirements : \n\n
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).\n\n
• This role will require floating to multiple units\n\n
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n\n
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.\n\n
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.\n\n
• 12 months between Staff at Program : HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role.
