Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our boutique personal injury law firm. Our firm prides itself on delivering personalized, high-quality representation to each client. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all aspects of case management — from pre-litigation through trial — in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and mail out settlement demand packages.

Draft, request, and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.

Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and related documentation.

Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and medical treatment.

Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel as needed.

Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and other supporting materials.

Perform additional administrative and legal support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law (pre-litigation and / or litigation).

Strong knowledge of the personal injury process, including discovery and settlement procedures.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
