Position : Electrical Project Foreman
Location : Ventura County, and select areas of Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Counties

Duties Include :
Supervise electricians on-site - developing and maintaining a highly motivated team of 2-5 technicians.Superior knowledge of NEC code requirements.Manage daily execution of work - directing or training workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and / or fixtures.Install or troubleshoot electrical systems, general wiring, lighting and controls, power distribution systems - assessing all options available and take the necessary steps to resolve any obstacles or issues.Inspection of electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair to ensure compliance with codes.Ability to read and interpret plans and initiate revisions when applicable.Coordinate with the Project Manager on electrical system layout and plan.Material acquisition for projects per plan layout.Ensure work is performed per code and drawings.Prepare clear and accurate job progress reports to the Project Manager.Track hours and maintain project schedules - coordinate daily work activities.Ensure safety and quality control on the job site.United Electric provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
